We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To process your return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once you request had been received and accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to return your item.
Please note — products sent back to us without a processed refund will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
We are happy to provide exchanges. The best way to ensuring you get what you want is first returning the unwanted item. Once your item is received, you will be given an exchange credit.
Please expect that your refund may take up to 10 business days. Once your product has been received, we will send you an electronic notification via email letting you know if the return is approved or declined. Approved refunds will automatically be credited to your original form of payment, which take up to 5 business days for your bank to process. We do not offer cash refunds or crypto-currency refunds.
