Rose and Ben Beauty Shipping Policy

  • Rose and Ben Beauty, LLC currently offers shipping to the United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Where available, you will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the country it is being shipping to.
  • You may experience longer delivery times when shipping domestically to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
  • Please note that orders over $200 will ship via Signature Required*, unless otherwise requested.
  • Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST on a weekday usually ship the same day. Please see When Will My Order Ship?below for exclusions.
  • All items ship from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • The shipping methods offered on the Rose and Ben Beauty website are provided by the carrier. The days represent an estimated ETA, for how long it usually takes for a package to arrive after it has shipped. These dates are subject to change and are not 100% guaranteed.
  • For time-sensitive packages, please be mindful of holidays, sales, COVID restrictions, and extreme or unsafe weather.
  • Please ship to a secure location. Rose and Ben Beauty are unable to replace stolen mail.
  • Rose and Ben Beauty is unable to alter the shipping method selected or the shipping address provided in order after it has been shipped.
  • Once a package has shipped, an order cannot be canceled or refunded due to carrier delays.

International Shipping Policy

  • For international shipping, live carrier rates are provided upon checking out.
  • International delivery times vary and can take up to or more than 21 days.
  • Due to import restrictions, we may not be able to delivery to all countries.
  • At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders. - Prior to submitting a return please carefully read our Return Policy.

If international shipping is not available in the country in which you reside, please email for assistance.

International orders may be subject to import tax, customs duties and fees levied by the country of import. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country, We are unable to provide information on whether you may be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import based on product value. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Rose and Ben Beauty does not collect duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.  We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Rose and Ben Beauty assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the package recipient.

Shipping Methods and Pricing 

  • The day an order ships count as day "0".
  • Standard Shipping USPS  — 
    • Our shipping fee is $6.95. US residents only.
    • Orders typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days.
    • Shipping dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
    • All shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
  • All orders placed after 3:30 PM EST on a Friday will ship the next business day. For possible Saturday delivery, please contact customer service before placing your order.
  • FedEx International Economy — shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package.
  • International delivery times vary and may take up to or more than 21 days.
  • International shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE
  • Most domestic orders placed before 3:30 PM EST typically ship the same day (weekends excluded).


Presale refers to the ability to order and “reserve” an item when labeled out of stock but is actively on its way to our warehouse. If you have purchased an item or items labeled “PRESALE”, we will not ship until the item is back in stock. You can check the estimated back-in-stock date on the product page. Presale items will not be shipped separately. Please note that the arrival of presale items to our warehouse depends on many factors, with shipping dates subject to change.

Any order containing a PRESALE product will not be eligible for expedited domestic or International shipping. 

Tracking Numbers

When your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an automated electronic confirmation to the email listed on your order.

This confirmation will include delivery address and tracking number. If you see an error, please reach out to us immediately. Check your spam or junk email if you have not received your confirmation email.

For United States Postal Service USPS the follow sequence may occur:

  • USPS Tracking® 9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00
  • Priority Mail® 9205 5000 0000 0000 0000 00

United Parcel Service - UPS Tracking number is eighteen alpha-numeric characters. It starts with ‘1Z’ and ends with check digit.

FedEX. The most common tracking number format is 12 digits or 15 digits. Some other less common formats may also exist, such as 20 digits and 22 digits.

Stolen Package

Rose and Ben Beauty assumes no responsibility for packages stolen from a customer's property after an order has been delivered to the address provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If you wish for a package to be shipped with a signature required, please contact customer service prior to placing the order or immediately after.

*Signature Requirements

Orders over $200 are automatically shipped with a signature required. If the carrier attempts to deliver and there is no one to sign, the package will be taken to your local Post Office, UPS facility or FedEx location. From there, you can pick up the package.

If your package goes unclaimed; the mail carrier will issue a "RETURN TO SENDER," and it will be returned to our facility. Orders will not be reshipped, canceled, or refunded while the carrier is still in possession of the package. If your order is over $200 and you wish to remove the signature requirement, please contact customer service prior to or immediately after the order is placed.

Missing or Lost Packages

If the tracking number indicated "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact and check with your local Post Office or carrier. Your may request a Case Number for your call. If the carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, email us within 7 business days from when the tracking number claims the package was “Delivered” with your case number at

Rose and Ben Beauty assumes no responsibility for lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number, UPS or FedEx case number. Packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery Date” will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions will be made.
